The customer may also collect their purchase directly from the shop located in Piazza Navona No. 84, by appointment agreed by email, only on the days and during the opening hours of the shop. To collect the order, the customer must indicate the order number and a valid identity document.

It is also possible to delegate a third person to pick up the order, but the customer must notify "L'Artigianato" in advance by email info@artigianato-italia.it indicating the personal details of the person delegated to pick it up. The delegate may collect the order only if provided with a written proxy signed by the customer and a valid identity document.
