Ceramic nativity completely hand painted on the east coast of Sicily. The creative and decorative techniques are inspired by the extremely varied and complex style of Baroque art.
The material used for the support base of the crib is the lava stone of Etna volcano, a treasure and a great resource for the local economy. Each nativity scene is therefore unique in its kind, as the stones are all different in shape and size.
Attention: the base can slightly vary both in shape and size.

"Ceramiche Iride s.n.c." was founded in 1985 in Catania, famous city of Sicily, as an artisan factory initially with the name of "Ceramica Artistica Iride" and is dedicated and specialized in the creation of gift items, furnishing accessories and even party favors. Over time, through the use of new machinery, production increases both in the field of gift items and in the furnishing accessories one and in addition to ceramics, they implement the use of lava stone; undisputed protagonist of Sicilian craftsmanship.
